Herrljunga Cider & Glögg started in 1911 by the priest Oscar Sven Berg. He preached at the time in many churches which were located in Sweden Herrljunga area. Due to a lack of regional wine and lemonade pastor Sven Berg began to produce his own wine and soft drinks, which he used during the services in the church. Wine and soft drinks which he produced at the time he soon sold again to other churches outside their own region, and so was in 1915 founded the official "Herrljunga Lemonade & Wine Factory". Just after the 2nd World War, the Branmark family took over the baton. Since the 2000s, the product range will be expanded with various fruit juices, mulled wine, own spring water and a wide variety of non-alcoholic beverages. History repeats itself so that the 1911 Herrljunga Glögg after nearly 100 years of reintroduction experienced it deserves and will suit this time! Today the 4th generation Branmark holds sway over this traditional family business.
