Ingredients
- 60ml Lyre's Dry London Spirit
- 7.5mL ODK Barista Syrup White Sugar
- 15ml ODK Sour Lime 100%
- 90mL Imperdibile Ginger Beer
- 8 mint leaves
- sprig of mint
- optionally a slice of lime
How to make?
- Pour 60ml Lyre's Dry London Spirit, 7.5mL ODK Barista Syrup White Sugar, 15ml ODK Sour Lime 100% and 90mL Imperdibile Ginger Beer into the glass
- Add 8 mint leaves
- Top up with ice and stir well
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime, if desired
