Ingredients
- 30ml Herbie Virgin
- 100ml Imperdibile Bergamotto Fancy Tonic
- ice cubes
- sprig of rosemary
- slice of lemon
How to make?
- Fill the balloon glass with ice cubes
- Pour 30ml Herbie Virgin and 100ml Imperdibile Bergamotto Fancy Tonic over the ice
- Gently stir through the glass with the bar spoon so that the flavours of the gin and tonic mix well
- Garnish the glass with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of lemon
