Ingredients

  • 20ml Strykk Not Vodka
  • 40ml Lussory Premium Sparkling Brut
  • 2 scoops of lemon sorbet ice cream

How to make?

  1. Take the lemon sorbet ice cream out of the freezer about 10 minutes beforehand, so it can soften a bit
  2. Put 2 scoops of lemon sorbet ice cream in a blender
  3. Blend until it becomes smooth
  4. Add 20ml Strykk Not Vodka and 40ml Lussory Premium Sparkling Brut
  5. Mix the ingredients briefly
  6. Pour the ScroppiNO into a cocktail glass and this delicious cold mocktail is ready!
