Mixing supplies
- Water glass (Whiskey glass)
- Bar spoon
Ingredients
- 50ml Damrak 0.0 Virgin
- 10ml ODK Sour Lime 100%
- 150ml Three Cents Pink Grapefruit Soda
- ice cubes
- slice of grapefruit
- salt
How to make?
- Gently wet the rim of the glass with a little lime juice or water
- Gently roll the rim of the glass through a bit of salt, creating a nice salt rim on the glass
- Then fill the glass with ice cubes
- Pour 50ml Damrak 0.0 Virgin, 10ml ODK Sour Lime 100% and 150ml Three Cents Pink Grapefruit Soda over the ice
- Stir the ingredients gently with the bar spoon
- Garnish the mocktail with a slice of grapefruit
