- 50ml Pentire Seaward
- 150ml Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Indian Tonic Water
- slice of grapefruit
- ice cubes
How to make?
- Fill a balloon glass with ice cubes
- Pour 50ml Pentire Seaward and 150ml Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light Indian Tonic Water into the glass
- Gently stir all the flavours together with the bar spoon
- Garnish the glass with 1 or 2 slices of grapefruit
